Description Invitation To Bid Infra-2024-10-67 Upgrading Of Electrical Supply At Bienvenido Fojas Elementary School Sahud-ulan, Tanza, Cavite The Municipality Of Tanza, Through The Special Education Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand Three Hundred Five & 10/100 Pesos (php 657,305.10) Being The Abc To Payment Under The Contract For Infra-2024-10-67 Upgrading Of Electrical Supply At Bienvenido Fojas Elementary School. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Tanza Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Work Is Required Within 26 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
