Description Invitation For Negotiated Procurement (two-failed Bidding) Infra-2024-06-39 Construction Of Perimeter Fence At Tanza Municipal Jail-male Dormitory Daang Amaya I, Tanza, Cavite The Municipality Of Tanza, Through The Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-eight & 87/100 Pesos (php 319,588.87) Being The Abc To Payment Under The Contract For Infra-2024-06-39 Construction Of Perimeter Fence At Tanza Municipal Jail-male Dormitory (negotiated Procurement). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Tanza Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods/completion Of Work Is Required Within 16 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement For Two-failed Bidding Procedures Under Section 53.1 Of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. The Selection Of The Successful Offer Shall Be Based On The Best And Final Offer That Will Be Submitted On The Set Deadline To The Bac And Which Would Meet The Minimum Technical Specifications Required. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183.
