Only The Supplier/contractor Or His/her Duly Authorized Representative Shall Be Allowed To Transact Business In This Office. Submission Of Interest Through Mail Will Not Be Considered. 2. Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On April 18, 2024 To May 3, 2024 Upon Payment Of The Corresponding Cost Thereof To The Collecting/disbursing Officer Of The Procuring Entity. 3. Submission And Receipt Of Bids For The Contract Is On Or Before May 6, 2024; 10:00am At The Above-mentioned Address And Shall Be Received By The Bac Chairman Or Bac Secretariat. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 4. Sealed Bids Must Be Accompanied By Bid Security Payable At The Municipal Treasurer’s Office.
