The Local Government Unit Of Talisay, Camarines Norte Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Intends To Procure, Construction/rehabilitation/improvement Of Multi-purpose Hall, With An Approved Budget Contract (abc) Of One Hundred Forty-nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-one Pesos And Eighty Two Centavos (₱149,991.82), Chargeable Against 20% Development Fund. 2. The Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers For The Said Contract. Submission Of Expression Of Interest Is From January 18-27, 2025 At The Bac Office, 2nd Flr., Municipal Building, Talisay, Camarines Norte. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Requirement Is Negotiated Procurement For Two-failed Bidding Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. The Selection Of The Successful Offer Shall Be Based On The Best And Final Offer That Will Be Submitted On The Set Deadline To The Bac And Which Would Meet The Eligibility Requirements. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On January 18, 2025 To January 27, 2025, Until 10:00am Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee, Pursuant To The Irr Of Ra 9184, In The Amount Of Five Hundred Pesos (₱500.00) To The Collecting/disbursing Officer Of The Procuring Entity. 5. The Bid Proposal Must Be Submitted To The Bac Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Aforementioned Address On Or Before February 3, 2025, Until 10:00am. Late Submission Shall Not Be Accepted. The Opening Of The Proposals Shall Be Immediately Followed After The Deadline Of Submission To Be Held At The Bac Conference Room, 3rd Flr., Municipal Building, Talisay, Camarines Norte. 6. Interested Bidders Shall Submit The Proposal To The Bac In Two (2) Copies (one Original Copy And One Authenticated Copy) And Shall Submit In Sealed Envelopes, Labeled As “negotiated Procurement For Two-failed Biddings”, With The Title Of The Procurement Projects, Name Of The Bidder, Address And Contact Details. 7. The Procurement Activities Shall Be Governed By The Revised Irr Of Ra 9184. 8. The Bac Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract, At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Sections 35.6 And 41 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
