The Local Government Unit Of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Thru Its Bids And Awards Committee Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (php226,850.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Through The General Fund Cy Annual Budget To Payments Under The Contract For The Contract No. Gs-2024-63. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
