The Local Government Unit Of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Thru Its Bids And Awards Committee Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (php600,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Through The Cy General Fund Annual Budget (drrm Fund) To Payments Under The Contract For The Contract No. Gs-2024-46. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Community Based Information System To Improve And Update Emergency Response, Communication Gaps And Accessibility To Social Services And Other Services Needed By The Constituents Of The Municipality Through Advance Technology, Lgu, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur (see Purchase Request For Specifications). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
