Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Or In Adherence To Section 23.4.2.4 Of 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184.
