Description 1.the Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Under 20% Mdf 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million, Four Hundred Twenty Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty Four Pesos & 20/100 (php 1,420,854.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Upgrading Of Material Recovery Facility (mrf). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Upgrading Of Material Recovery Facility (mrf) At Patac, Santo Tomas, La Union. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is Within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii.
