Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Purchase And Delivery Of Social Welfare Goods For The Ayat Ti Umili Program, To Wit: A.social Welfare Goods – 2666 Pcs Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 14 Working Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
