The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Under Repair And Maintenance 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Seventy Two Thousand, Four Hundred Forty Three Pesos & 7/100 (php 772,443.07) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Repair And Rehabilitation Of Small Water Impounding Unit (casilagan). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Repair And Rehabilitation Of Small Water Impounding Unit (casilagan) At Barangay Casilagan, Santo Tomas, La Union. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is Within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
