The Lgu – Barangay Catayagan, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (php 480,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Road Concreting- Brgy. Catayagan, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur With Project Identification Number 24-03-infra-catayagan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
