Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu – Barangay Paoc Sur, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Days From The Receipt Of Purchase Order/notice To Commence By The Bidder.
