The Lgu - Municipality Of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, Through The Ra 7171 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (php 4,680,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Farmer’s Multi-purpose Building A (phase 3) (improvement Of Two-storey Multi-purpose Building) - Brgy. Ronda, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur With Project Identification Number 24-40-infra. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu - Municipality Of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is One Hundred Eighty-three-point Six (183.6) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
