Name Of Project : Catering Services For The Siruma District Delegation - Elementary To Compete In The Upcoming Deped 4th Congressional Meet Calendar Year 2024 Approved Budget For The Contract : Php 90,000.00 Specifications : See Attached Price Quotation Form/purchase Request For Exact Specs. Award Of The Contract Shall Be Made To The Lowest Quotation, Which Complies With The Minimum Description As Stated Above And Other Terms And Conditions Stated In The Price Quotation Form. 4. Partial Bids Are Not Allowed. Bids Not Addressing Or Providing All Of The Required Items In The Bidding Documents/rfq Including, Where Applicable, Bill Of Quantities, Shall Be Considered Non-responsive And, Thus, Automatically Disqualified. Where A Required Item Is Provided, But No Price Is Indicated, The Same Shall Be Considered As Non-responsive. 5.
