The Municipality Of Siocon Now Invites Bids For The Renovation Of Siocon Cultural And Exhibition Centre Building At Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte, As Described Below: Item No. Scope Of Work Qty Unit I Main Roof And Covered Front Roof 1.00 Lot Ii Painting Works For Interior And Exterior Walls/ Columns, And Ceiling 1.00 Lot Iii Scaffolding Works For Painting 1.00 Lot Iv Fenestration And Ceiling Works 1.00 Lot V Electrical And Plumbing Works 1.00 Lot Vi Replacement Of Tile Works 1.00 Lot Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days From The Date Of The Official Start Of The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In The Section Ii Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With National Competitive Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, Or As Stated In These Bidding Documents. The Municipality Of Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On November 08, 2024 At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee, 3rd Floor Municipal Hall Building, Lgu Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte, Which Shall Be Open To All Interested Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Office Of The Bac Chairman On Or Before November 22, 2024. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In The Amount And Form As Prescribed In The Bidding Documents Acceptable To The Procuring Entity.
