The Municipality Of Siocon Now Invites Bids For The Installation Of Lighting System For Julian Soriano Memorial Sports Complex, Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte, As Described Below: Item No. Scope Of Work Qty Unit I Removal Of Structures And Obstructions 2.50 Sq.m Ii Layout And Excavation 10.50 Cu.m Iii Structural Concrete 438.50 Cu.m Iv Led Lighting System 10.50 Cu.m Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days From The Date Of The Official Start Of The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In The Section Ii Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With National Competitive Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, Or As Stated In These Bidding Documents.
