The Municipality Of Siocon Now Invites Bids For The Electrical Works For Julian Soriano Memorial Sports Complex, Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte, As Described Below: Item No. Scope Of Work Qty Unit I Site Preparation 6.00 Cu.m Ii Electrical Works 400.00 Lm Ii Occupational Safety And Health 1.00 Lot Iii Installation Of Project Billboard 1.00 Unit V Mobilization/ Demobilization 1.00 Lot Vi Temporary Facility 1.00 Lot Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Forty Five (45) Calendar Days From The Date Of The Official Start Of The Subproject. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In The Section Ii Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With National Competitive Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, Or As Stated In These Bidding Documents. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Office Of The Bac Chairman On Or Before August 09, 2024.
