The Municipality Of Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven Pesos And Fifteen Centavos (php 2,056,547.15) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The 250 Units Of Crowd Control Barriers At Julian Soriano Memorial Sports Complex, Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte. 2. The Municipality Of Siocon Now Invites Bids For 250 Units Of Crowd Control Barriers At Julian Soriano Memorial Sports Complex, Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte, As Described Below: Item No. Scope Of Work Qty Unit I Facilities For The Engineer 1.00 Ls Ii Other General Requirements 1.00 Ls Iii Fabrication 250.00 Units Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Forty Five (45) Calendar Days From The Date Of The Official Start Of The Subproject. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In The Section Ii Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With National Competitive Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, Or As Stated In These Bidding Documents. The Municipality Of Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On July 29, 2024 At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee, 3rd Floor Municipal Hall Building, Lgu Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte, Which Shall Be Open To All Interested Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Office Of The Bac Chairman On Or Before August 09, 2024. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In The Amount And Form As Prescribed In The Bidding Documents Acceptable To The Procuring Entity.
