Source Of Fund: Barangay Fund Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act. No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act. Only Bids From Bidders Who Pass The Eligibility Check Will Be Opened.
