Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Collapsible Tent 1. The Local Government Unit Of Sikatuna, Through The General Fund (agricultural Dev,t-amounting To Php175,000.00), Ldrrm Fund-(cy2024 –amounting To Php 176,499.65) And Ldrrm Fund( Continuing Approriation Amounting To Php 173.500.35) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (php525,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Collapsible Tent/sikatuna-2024-goods-16. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Sikatuna Now Invites Supply And Delivery Of Collapsible Tent/sikatuna-2024-goods-16. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Delivered Within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
