The Deadline Of Submission Of Eligibility Shall Be On Or Before November 4, 2024. Only Those Bidders Passing The Eligibility Check Will Be Entitled To Purchase The Bidding Document. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive As Specified In The Implementation Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act. (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act And Is Restricted Unless Otherwise Stated To Organization With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To The Citizens Of The Philippines.
