Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Municipality Of Sibunag Now Invites Bids For Bid No. 2025-007–foods For Various Activities During The 30th Foundation Day Celebration Of The Municipality Of Sibunag On February 14-20, 2025. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Docu-ments, Particularly In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Re-public Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 3.
