Description 1. The Local Government Unit Of Siay, Through The Budget Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Fifty Four Pesos Only (php 194,054.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Hardware Materials For Upgrading Of Child Development Center At Barangay Mahayahay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty Days (30) Calendar Days After Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2-years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
