Description 1. The Local Government Unit Of Siay, Through The Budget Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Six Thousand One Hundred Forty Four Pesos And 20/100 Centavos (php 606,144.20) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Diesel For Use Of Lgu Light And Heavy Equipments For The Maintenance Of Flood Protection Dike At Brgy. Sibuguey – Lagting, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay (gad Fund 2023). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty Days (30) Calendar Days After Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2-years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
