The Local Government Unit Of Siay, Through The Budget Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos And 10/100 Centavos (php 337,328.10) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Diesel And Oil For Use Of Lgu Light And Heavy Equipment For The Maintenance Of Flood Protection Dike Cum Farm To Market Road At Brgy. Lagting-salinding-sibuguey-balucanan (gad-2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty Days (30) Calendar Days After Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2-years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
