Description (pursuant To Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of R.a 9184 – Negotiated Procurement Two Failed Competitive Biddings) Supply And Delivery Of Diesel And Oil For Use Of Lgu Light And Heavy Equipment For The Improvement Of Local Road From Barangay Batu To Barangay San Isidro, Siay, Zs (20% Edf 2024) 1. In View Of The Two (2) Failed Biddings, The Local Government Unit Of Siay Invites Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation For The Procurement Of Diesel And Oil For Use Of Lgu Light And Heavy Equipment For The Improvement Of Local Road From Barangay Batu To Barangay San Isidro, Siay, Zs (20% Edf 2024) 2. The Lgu-siay, Local Government Unit Of Siay, Through The Approved Budget Of The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen Pesos And 50/100 Centavos (php 314,513.50) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Abovementioned Procurement. 3. The Lgu-siay Now Invites Interested Bidders To Submit And Negotiate Offer For The Project On July 18, 2024 At 10:00 A.m At Office Of The Bac Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay. 4. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 5. The Lgu-siay Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Prior To Contract Award In Accordance With Section 41 Of R.a 9184 And Its Rirr, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders. 6.
