The Municipality Of Sara, Through The 20% Development Fund (cy 2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Forty One Pesos And 84/100 Only (php 1,815,441.84) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation Of Drainage Canal Located At Bagaygay Street, Poblacion Ilawod, Sara, Iloilo With Approved Purchase Request No. 2024-03-0215. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Sara Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Eighty (80) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
