The Local Government Unit (lgu) Of Santa Teresita, Cagayan, Through The General Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Fifty-eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-five Pesos (php458,235.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Drugs/medicines & Medical Supplies. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Santa Teresita Cagayan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Seven (7) Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
