The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan, Through The Supplemental Budget No. 10, S-2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (₱2,516,000.00) For Lot 1; Two Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Pesos (₱255,000.00) For Lot 2 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Hiring Of Consulting Services For The Relocation Survey Of 43 Lots In Barangay Kemdeng, Poblacion, Alimanguan And Port Barton And River Quarry Survey In Brgys. Kemdeng, Port Barton, And Caruray, This Municipality /g2024-061cs. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Lot 1 – Relocation Survey I. Scope Of Works 1. Research, Data Gathering And Computations Using Available Technical Records (i.e., Surveys And Titles) As Well As Pertinent Data On The Survey Works Project To Be Surveyed And Those Adjoining Properties That May Be Used For Checking Purposes Of Which Have Been Researched/gathered At Different Concerned Government Agencies; 2. Preparation Of All Relocation, Subdivision Plans And Technical Descriptions Of The Subject Properties; 3. Running A Control Traverse Covering The Entire Survey Area In Accordance With Standards Of The Revised Manual For Land Surveys In The Philippines (mlsp); 4. Monumenting And Mapping Of Traverse Station/control Points And Boundary Corners, Subject To Inspection Of This Municipality, Using The Specification For The Boundary Monuments, I.e. Permanent Major Boundary Monuments (major Boundary Corners) And Permanent Intermediate Monuments (intermediate Boundary Corners) As Described In The Revised Mlsp; 5. Monumenting Shall Include The Following: 5.a. Standard Monument. It Shall Be Made Of Concrete And Cylindrical In Form At Least Fifteen (15) Centimeters In Diameter By Fifty (50) Centimeters In Length, Set Fifteen (15) Centimeters Above Ground And Thirty-five (35) Centimeters Below The Ground. 5.b. The Surveyor/consultant Shall Fabricate And Install Concrete Monuments In A Designated Location For The Control Points As Well As The Relocated Boundaries And Subdivision Boundaries. The Said Concrete Monuments Shall Be Fabricated Following Requirements Of Class A Concrete Specification In The Ratio Of 1:2:4 Or Translated Into A Concrete Mixture Of 1 Cubic Meter Of Cement, 2 Cubic Meters Of Washed Sand And 4 Cubic Meters Of Washed Gravel. 6. Conduct Of Verification And Relocation Surveys To Determine The Actual Metes And Bounds Of The Subject Property Based On The Approved Cadastral Survey Plans; 7. Conduct Subdivision Survey Of The Subject Properties; 8. Preparation Of The Relocation Survey Including Traverse Computation, Boundary Computation And Lot Data Computation With Soft Copies; And 9. Submission To This Municipality Of The Surveys Together With The Electronic Data Of The Plans, Lot Data Computations, Technical Descriptions Generated, And Other Pertinent Document. 10. Identification Of Boundary Lines Using Total Station Or Rtk (real-time Kinematic) Instrument 11. Provision Of Final Survey Reports, Maps And Any Other Required Documentation To The Local Government Unit Ii. Minimum Qualifications Of The Consultancy Firm 1. Shall Have At Least Five (5) Years In Geodetic Surveying Works; 2. Shall Have At Least Ten (10) Completed Projects For The Last Five (5) Years; 3. Must Have The Following Key Personnel To Be Assigned To The Project, To Wit: 3.1 Project Manager Who Must Be A Licensed Geodetic Engineer With At Least Five (5) Years Of Experience In Geodetic Surveying Works; 3.2 Two (2) Sr. Geodetic Engineers Should Be Licensed Geodetic Engineers With At Least Five (5) Years Of Experience In Geodetic Surveying Works. 3.3 Two (2) Instrument Men Should Be Have At Least Five (5) Years Of Experience In Geodetic Surveying Works. 4. Minimum Equipment Requirement. The Consultant Should Have Its Own Or Rented Surveying Equipment And Accessories Such As: 4.1 Electronic Or Manual Survey Equipment; And 4.2 Survey Equipment Accessories Lot 2 – River Quarry Survey I. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Irr Of Ra 9184. (i) Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 7.
