Description Invitation To Bid The Municipal Government Of San Narciso, Quezon Through Its Bids And Award Committee (bac), Invites Registered Suppliers With Dti, Mayor’s Permit And Philgeps, If Found Eligible, To Bid Or The Hereunder Contract: Name Of Contract : Supply And Delivery Of Equipment For Livelihood Program Location: Lgu-san Narciso, Quezon Approved Budget For The Contract (abc): Php 5,000,000.00 Contract Duration : 30 Days Prospective Supplier Should Possess A Valid Dti License, Mayor’s Permit, Philgeps Registered, Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc. The Bac Will Use Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria In The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid. All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation Of Bids, Post-qualification And Award Of Contract Shall Be Governed By The Pertinent Provisions Of R.a. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr).
