Materials Contract Duration 45 Calendar Days Bid Documents Fee 5,000.00 2. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Municipal Government Of San Miguel Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 45 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
