The Local Government Unit Of San Miguel, Leyte, Through The Local Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Five Pesos And 76/100 (p299,955.76)being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Solar Streetlights. Brgy., Malpag, San Miguel, Leyte Purchase Request No-2024-10-01. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Miguel, Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 40 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
