Prospective Bidders Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract, Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc, And Have Key Personnel And Equipment (listed In The Eligibility Forms) Available For The Prosecution Of The Contract. Issuance Of Notice To Proceed: August 8, 2024 The Bidding Documents May Be Inspected Or Purchased At Local Government Unit Of San Miguel, Catanduanes, Bac Secretariat, Upon Accomplishing A Bidders Information Sheet And Payment In Cash Of A Non-refundable Fee, In The Amount Of One Thousand Pesos (php. 1,000.00). Prospective Bidders Shall Submit Their Duly Accomplished Forms As Specified In The Bds In Two (2) Separate Envelopes To Be Sealed In Mother Enveloped To The Bac Chairman. The First Envelope Shall Contain The Eligibility & Technical Component Of The Bid And The Second Enveloped Shall Contain The Financial Components Of The Bid. Contract Will Be Awarded To The Lowest Calculated And Responsive Bid As Determined In The Bid Evaluation And Post Qualification.
