Issuance Of Notice To Proceed: November 7, 2024 The Bidding Documents May Be Inspected Or Purchased At Local Government Unit Of San Miguel, Catanduanes, Bac Secretariat, Upon Accomplishing A Bidders Information Sheet And Payment In Cash Of A Non-refundable Fee, In The Amount Of Five Hundred Pesos (php. 500.00). Prospective Bidders Shall Submit Their Duly Accomplished Forms As Specified In The Bds In Two (2) Separate Envelopes To Be Sealed In Mother Enveloped To The Bac Chairman. The First Envelope Shall Contain The Eligibility & Technical Component Of The Bid And The Second Enveloped Shall Contain The Financial Components Of The Bid.
