The Local Government Unit Of San Isidro, Northern Samar, Through The General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Eight Hundred Seven Pesos & 63/00 Only (php195,807.63) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Water Impounding Facility (wif). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Isidro, Northern Samar Now Invites Bids For Construction Of Water Impounding Facility(wif) Completion Of The Works Is Required For Sisxteen (16) Calendar Days. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
