Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Isidro, Northern Samar Now Invites Bids For Establishment Of Tissue Culture Facility Completion Of The Works Is Required For Fifty (50) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Scope Of Works Construction Of 5m By 5.5m (27.5 Sq.m.) Tissue Culture Facility. Include Only Structural, Roofing, Chb Laying Up To Floor Level And Preparation For Electrical And Plumbing (phase 1) 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
