The Local Government Unit Of San Isidro, Northern Samar, Through The General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Seventy Nine Pesos And 99/00.(php2,655,079.99) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Conversion And Rehabilitation Of Old Bagsakan Center Into Social Service Center. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Isidro, Northern Samar Now Invites Bids For Conversion & Rehabilitation Of Old Bgasakan Center Into Social Service Center. Completion Of The Works Is Required For One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Scope Of Works Conversion & Rehabilitation Of Old Bagsakan Center Into Social Service Center With Two Rooms, Four Toilet And One Pwd Toilet. With Area Of 272.64 Sq.m. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
