The Eligibility Check / Screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass Or Fail” Criteria. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least (60%) Interest Of Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Organization Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. Further, The Local Government Unit Of San Agustin, Isabela Assumes No Obligations Whatsoever To Compensate Or Indemnify The Bidder For Any Expense Or Loss That They May Incur In This Undertaking Nor Does It Guarantee That An Award Will Be Made.
