The Eligibility Check / Screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass Or Fail” Criteria. Further, The Local Government Unit Of San Agustin, Isabela Assumes No Obligations Whatsoever To Compensate Or Indemnify The Bidder For Any Expense Or Loss That They May Incur In This Undertaking Nor Does It Guarantee That An Award Will Be Made.
