The Municipality Of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, Through Its Philhealth Capitation Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seven & 50/100 (php 498,207.50 ) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medical Supplies. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15 ) Calendar Days.
