Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Office Supplies For 1st Semester. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15 ) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Instruction To Bidders. 4.
