Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Fuel And Lubricants For Various Vehicles Of Lgu Roxas, Motorpool And Sanitary Office 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through The 2025 Annual Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Three Hundred Twenty-four Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen Pesos & 90/100 ( Php 4,324,314.90) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Procurement Of Fuel And Lubricants For Various Vehicles Of Lgu Roxas, Motorpool And Sanitary Office, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Fuel And Lubricants For Various Vehicles Of Lgu Roxas, Motorpool And Sanitary Office Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 240 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. The Bid Amount Of Each Project Shall Not Exceed The Abc Per Lot/project, And Shall Not Exceed The Total Amount Of Abc. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. A. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/ Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws And Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 4.
