The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through The 2024 Annual Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Fifty-nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighteen Pesos And 52/100 (php 1,059,418.52) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For Supply And Delivery Of Office Supplies Of Various Departments Of Lgu- Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Office Supplies Of Various Departments Of Lgu- Roxas, Palawan. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 45 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
