The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Inter Non-office Expenditures Cy 2024, Mdrrmo Stf Cy 2024, And Supplemental Budget No. 3, Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Fifty One Thousand Twenty Nine Pesos And 25/100 (php 1,451,029.25) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Construction Of 1 Unit Tribal Center, Repair & Rehab Of Covered Court At Arasan Es, And Improvement Of Manpower Development Center, All In Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids Construction Of 1 Unit Tribal Center, Repair & Rehab Of Covered Court At Arasan Es, And Improvement Of Manpower Development Center, All In Roxas, Palawan. The Procurement Project Completion Works Is Required Within 217 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. The Bid Amount Of Each Project Shall Not Exceed The Abc Per Project, And Shall Not Exceed The Total Amount Of Abc. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
