Description Invitation To Bid For Expansion Of Mechanical Drying Facility At Minara, Construction Of Tribal House At Abaroan, And Bagong Bayan, All In Roxas, Palawan 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Supplemental Budget No. 1 (cy 2023), & Supplemental Budget No.5, Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Expansion Of Mechanical Drying Facility At Minara, Construction Of Tribal House At Abaroan, And Bagong Bayan, All In Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids Expansion Of Mechanical Drying Facility At Minara, Construction Of Tribal House At Abaroan, And Bagong Bayan, All In Roxas, Palawan. The Procurement Project Completion Works Is Required Within 195 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. The Bid Amount Of Each Project Shall Not Exceed The Abc Per Lot/ Project, And Shall Not Exceed The Total Amount Of Abc. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/ Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws And Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Local Government Of Roxas And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00am To 5:00pm, Monday To Friday. 5.
