The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Special Trust Fund Account (sta)- Mdrrmo, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Seventy Six Pesos And 1/100 (php 957,076.01) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Provision Of Rescue Equipment & Personal Protective Gears For Search And Rescue Operations & Incident Management Team Of Mdrrmo, Lgu Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids Provision Of Rescue Equipment & Personal Protective Gears For Search And Rescue Operations & Incident Management Team Of Mdrrmo, Lgu Roxas, Palawan. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 90 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
