Description Invitation To Bid (ib No. 2025-04) Procurement Of Drugs, Medicines And Medical Supplies 1. The Local Government Unit Of Rizal, Kalinga, Through The General Fund Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Seven Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Nine And 50/100 Pesos Only (php 2,735,789.50) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Drugs, Medicines And Medical Supplies Under Ib No. 2025-04. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Rizal, Kalinga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Delivered Within Fifteen Calendar Days (15 Days) After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
