Description Invitation To Bid (ib No. 2024-13) Procurement Of Ict Equipment And Office Equipment 1. The Local Government Unit Of Rizal, Kalinga, Through The General Fund And Ldrrm Fund Fy 2024 And Prior Years Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos Only (php 813,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Ict Equipment And Office Equipment Under Ib No. 2024-13. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Rizal, Kalinga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Delivered Within Ten Calendar Days (10 Days) After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
