Description Invitation To Bid For Supply & Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of 60 Meters Breakwater Structure/flood Control At Fishport Area 1. The Municipal Government Of Quezon, Palawan, Through The 20% Municipal Development Fund (supplemental Budget No. 2, Ao No. 2021-05), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty (786,660.00) Pesos Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply & Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of 60 Meters Breakwater Structure/flood Control At Fishport Area. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Of Quezon, Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 15 Working Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Period Of July 30, 2022 To July 30, 2024 From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
