The Municipal Government Of Quezon, Palawan, Through The Supplemental Budget (resolution No. 2023-02) For Special Education Fund (sef) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (3,200,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of 1 Unit Alternative Learning System (als) Building At Panibugon Elementary School. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Quezon, Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of 1 Unit Alternative Learning System (als) Building At Panibugon Elementary School. Completion Of The Works Is Required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
